“I have a special Orchid tree that friends planted when my mom died.  Joseph did a great job thinning it out and also trimmed  my triangle and queen palms.  It was time to work on mom’s tree again last year but I did not get around to it.  I forgot about Coastal and called some Angie’s List trimmers who all had high minimums  which were silly since it takes about an hour to do the tree.

I was searching contacts on my phone and came across Joseph’s name and called him.  I emailed a picture of the tree, he remembered doing it and worked with me on the estimate.  Adam, another certified arborist came out, took a lot of dead wood and errant branches off the tree and it looks great again!  They were prompt,friendly and  accommodating.  He even noticed a mineral deficiency in one of my palms and made some suggestions.

Next time, I will not bother with Angie’s List but simply call Coastal.
